These Terms of Service apply when you access, browse or purchase products through the Missing Mods website.

By using this website or placing an order with Missing Mods, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you have read and understood the information, warnings and requirements applicable to the products you purchase.

Nothing in these Terms of Service removes or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Missing Mods is currently not VAT registered.

In these Terms, “Missing Mods”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Missing Mods.

“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing products from us.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use the Missing Mods website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website in any way that:

  • breaches applicable law or regulation;

  • interferes with the operation or security of the website;

  • attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website;

  • infringes the intellectual property rights of Missing Mods or another party; or

  • is fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unlawful.

We may temporarily suspend, modify or update the website for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, colours and compatibility information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, photographs and product appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • lighting;

  • screen settings;

  • manufacturing processes;

  • material variations; and

  • the nature of 3D printing where applicable.

You are responsible for checking all relevant product descriptions, compatibility information, specifications and warnings before placing an order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Missing Mods does not guarantee compatibility with equipment that has been modified, damaged, altered or is otherwise non-standard.

You are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased is suitable for your intended lawful use.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;

  • you are legally entitled to purchase the products ordered;

  • you meet any applicable age requirements;

  • you will use the products only for lawful purposes; and

  • you have read and understood any relevant product warnings and instructions.

We may contact you where additional information is reasonably required to process an order.

This may include situations involving:

  • age requirements;

  • legal restrictions;

  • delivery restrictions;

  • product availability;

  • safety concerns; or

  • compliance with applicable law.

We may cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably believe that fulfilling the order could breach applicable law or expose Missing Mods to an unreasonable legal, regulatory or safety risk.

Where an order is cancelled before fulfilment, any payment received for that order will normally be refunded.

5. Prices and VAT

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Missing Mods is currently not VAT registered and therefore does not currently charge UK VAT.

If Missing Mods becomes VAT registered in the future, prices and applicable tax charges may be updated as required by law.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors.

Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order and allow you to either:

  • confirm the order at the correct price; or

  • cancel the order and receive a refund.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available through our website.

Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and cleared.

You must only use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

Missing Mods is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers or payment-processing services.

7. 3D-Printed and Made-to-Order Products

Many Missing Mods products are manufactured using 3D printing or are made to order.

As a result:

  • manufacturing may begin after your order is placed;

  • minor variations in texture, finish, layer lines and appearance may occur;

  • colours may vary slightly from website images; and

  • production times may vary depending on demand and availability.

Unless a product is genuinely personalised or made specifically to your individual specifications, the fact that a product is manufactured after you order does not automatically remove any statutory cancellation rights that may apply.

Products that are genuinely customised or made specifically to individual requirements may be subject to statutory exceptions to cancellation rights.

8. Pre-Orders

Products sold on a pre-order basis are not available for immediate dispatch.

Where possible, an estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed in the relevant product description.

Any pre-order dates are estimates and may change because of:

  • manufacturing delays;

  • supplier delays;

  • shipping delays;

  • availability issues; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep affected customers informed.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights that may apply where goods are delayed or not supplied.

9. Delivery

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days after an order has been successfully processed.

This refers to our dispatch timeframe and does not necessarily include the delivery carrier's transit time.

Pre-order products will be dispatched when they become available.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delayed, lost or damaged deliveries.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights relating to delivery.

10. International Orders

Missing Mods ships internationally.

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking whether products may legally be:

  • imported;

  • purchased;

  • possessed;

  • installed; and

  • used

within their country or jurisdiction.

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties;

  • import taxes;

  • VAT or equivalent taxes;

  • customs clearance fees;

  • carrier handling charges;

  • import restrictions; and

  • licensing requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Mods has no control over customs authorities, import rules or customs delays.

Refusing delivery because of customs fees or import requirements does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Any refund will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

We may refuse to ship certain products to certain destinations where we reasonably believe doing so could breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.

11. Age Requirements and Legal Compliance

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise and applicable law allows otherwise, customers purchasing products from Missing Mods must be 18 years of age or older.

Products must not be purchased, assembled, modified or used by anyone who is legally prohibited from doing so.

Customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations relating to the:

  • purchase;

  • possession;

  • installation;

  • assembly;

  • modification; and

  • use

of the products supplied.

This may include laws relating to air weapons, airsoft equipment, pressure equipment, firearms-related components, electrical equipment, vehicles, drones or other regulated products.

Missing Mods does not provide legal advice regarding the laws applicable in individual countries or jurisdictions.

12. High-Pressure and Pressure-Related Products

Certain Missing Mods products may be intended for use with compressed air, high-pressure systems, cylinders, regulators, valves, fittings or other pressure-related equipment.

HIGH-PRESSURE SYSTEMS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE IF USED INCORRECTLY.

Customers must read and follow all applicable:

  • instructions;

  • warnings;

  • stated pressure ratings;

  • installation requirements; and

  • manufacturer instructions.

You must never exceed the stated maximum working pressure of a product or system.

You must ensure that all components are compatible with the intended:

  • pressure;

  • gas;

  • temperature;

  • application;

  • thread specification; and

  • equipment.

Components must be inspected before use.

Do not use any component that is:

  • cracked;

  • damaged;

  • corroded;

  • worn;

  • incorrectly installed;

  • modified in an unauthorised way; or

  • otherwise compromised.

Equipment should be safely depressurised before maintenance, disassembly or modification where applicable.

You should obtain assistance from a suitably competent or qualified person where you are not confident that you can safely install, inspect or operate pressure-related equipment.

Never assume that a component is safe simply because it physically fits another component.

Where no pressure rating or suitability for a particular application is expressly stated by Missing Mods, you must not assume that the product is suitable for that application.

13. Customer Modifications

Customers must not use Missing Mods products as pressure-containing components unless the product description expressly states that the product is designed and suitable for that purpose.

Any modification to a product may affect its safety and suitability.

This includes:

  • drilling;

  • machining;

  • alteration;

  • printing modification;

  • chemical treatment;

  • heat treatment; and

  • any other customer or third-party modification.

Where a product is damaged or modified after purchase, any applicable warranty or remedy may be affected to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Safety and Proper Use

Missing Mods products must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable instructions, warnings and safety requirements.

Do not use any product if you believe it is:

  • damaged;

  • defective;

  • incorrectly manufactured; or

  • unsafe.

If you believe a product may be unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact:

Customers should not attempt unsafe repairs or modifications.

Where appropriate, professional or suitably competent assistance should be obtained.

15. Airsoft, Airgun and Regulated-Product Accessories

Some Missing Mods products may be designed for use with airsoft equipment, airguns or other regulated equipment.

These products must only be used in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant equipment manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their equipment, configuration and intended use are lawful.

Nothing displayed on the Missing Mods website should be interpreted as encouraging or authorising the breach of firearms, airgun, airsoft, public-safety or other applicable laws.

Where required, Missing Mods may request additional information or verification before completing an order.

16. Customer Responsibility

Certain Missing Mods products may require technical knowledge, competent installation and careful handling.

Customers are responsible for:

  • checking compatibility;

  • checking pressure and operating specifications;

  • following installation instructions;

  • following manufacturer instructions;

  • using appropriate safety equipment;

  • complying with applicable law;

  • inspecting products before use;

  • ensuring equipment is suitable for the intended application; and

  • ensuring anyone assembling or using the product is competent and legally permitted to do so.

Products are used at the customer's own risk to the extent permitted by law.

Missing Mods is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from:

  • misuse;

  • incorrect installation;

  • incorrect assembly;

  • unauthorised modification;

  • negligence;

  • use outside stated specifications;

  • use with incompatible equipment;

  • exceeding stated pressure ratings;

  • failure to follow instructions; or

  • unlawful use.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Missing Mods will not be responsible for losses arising from:

  • misuse of products;

  • incorrect installation or assembly;

  • unauthorised modifications;

  • use outside the intended purpose;

  • use outside stated operating or pressure limits;

  • use with incompatible equipment;

  • failure to follow safety instructions;

  • failure to maintain or inspect equipment appropriately;

  • unlawful use;

  • customer or third-party negligence; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • fraud;

  • fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

18. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Missing Mods Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Consumers may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Certain genuinely personalised or bespoke products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

19. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact:

20. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the following are owned by or licensed to Missing Mods:

  • the Missing Mods name;

  • branding;

  • photographs;

  • graphics;

  • product descriptions;

  • product designs;

  • website content; and

  • other original materials.

You must not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use Missing Mods intellectual property without prior written permission except where permitted by law.

Any third-party trademarks, names or branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to third-party equipment or products does not necessarily mean that Missing Mods is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the relevant manufacturer.

21. Events Outside Our Control

Missing Mods will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • postal or courier disruption;

  • customs delays;

  • severe weather;

  • natural disasters;

  • supplier shortages;

  • manufacturing equipment failure;

  • power outages;

  • cyber incidents;

  • government restrictions;

  • changes in law;

  • industrial disputes; or

  • other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and keep customers informed where appropriate.

Personal information supplied through the website or during an order will be handled in accordance with the Missing Mods Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
