This Legal Notice applies to the Missing Mods website, its content and the products made available through it.

By accessing or using the Missing Mods website, you acknowledge the information set out below.

Nothing in this Legal Notice removes or limits any statutory rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The fact that a component physically fits another component does not necessarily mean that it is safe, suitable or compatible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any laws or regulations that apply in their country or jurisdiction.

5. Age Requirements

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise and applicable law permits otherwise, customers purchasing products from Missing Mods must be 18 years of age or older.

Products must not be purchased, assembled, modified or used by anyone who is legally prohibited from doing so.

Adult supervision does not make an otherwise unlawful purchase, possession, installation or use lawful.

6. High-Pressure Products

Certain Missing Mods products may be intended for use with compressed air, high-pressure air systems, cylinders, tanks, regulators, valves, fittings or other pressure-related equipment.

HIGH-PRESSURE SYSTEMS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE IF USED INCORRECTLY.

Customers must:

read all instructions and warnings;
follow stated pressure ratings;
follow manufacturer instructions;
use compatible components;
inspect components before use;
never exceed stated maximum working pressures;
use appropriate safety equipment;
correctly install and secure fittings;
safely depressurise equipment before maintenance or disassembly where applicable; and
seek assistance from a suitably competent or qualified person where necessary.

A product must not be assumed to be suitable for a high-pressure application unless its suitability for that application has been expressly stated.

Where no pressure rating or suitability is expressly stated by Missing Mods, the customer must not assume that the product is suitable for use as a pressure-containing component.

7. Customer Modifications

Modifying a product may affect its safety, performance and suitability.

This includes:

drilling;
machining;
alterations;
printing modifications;
chemical treatment;
heat treatment; or
any other customer or third-party modification.

Where a product has been damaged or modified after purchase, any applicable warranty or remedy may be affected to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Safety and Proper Use

All Missing Mods products must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable:

instructions;
warnings;
safety requirements;
operating limits; and
manufacturer guidance.

Customers should not use a product if they believe it is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured or unsafe.

Unsafe repairs or modifications should not be attempted.

Where appropriate, assistance should be obtained from a suitably competent or qualified person.

9. Airsoft, Airgun and Regulated-Product Accessories

Some Missing Mods products may be designed for use with airsoft equipment, airguns or other regulated equipment.

These products must only be used in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant equipment manufacturer.

Nothing on the Missing Mods website should be interpreted as encouraging, authorising or promoting the breach of:

firearms laws;
air weapon laws;
airsoft laws;
public-safety laws; or
any other applicable law or regulation.

Missing Mods may refuse to supply a product where we reasonably believe that supplying it could breach applicable law or create an unreasonable legal, regulatory or safety risk.

10. Customer Responsibility

Certain Missing Mods products may require technical knowledge, competent installation and safe handling.

Customers are responsible for:

checking compatibility;
checking pressure and operating specifications;
following installation instructions;
following manufacturer instructions;
using appropriate safety equipment;
complying with applicable law;
inspecting products before use;
ensuring equipment is suitable for its intended application; and
ensuring that anyone installing, assembling or using the product is appropriately competent and legally permitted to do so.

Products are used at the customer's own risk to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Missing Mods will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from:

misuse;
incorrect installation;
incorrect assembly;
unauthorised modification;
use outside the intended purpose;
use outside stated pressure or operating limits;
use with incompatible equipment;
failure to follow safety instructions;
failure to appropriately inspect or maintain equipment;
unlawful use;
negligence by the customer or another third party; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

However, nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud;
fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits or removes statutory consumer rights.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the following are owned by or licensed to Missing Mods:

the Missing Mods name;
branding;
photographs;
product descriptions;
graphics;
website content;
designs; and
other original material.

These materials must not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written permission from Missing Mods, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to third-party products or manufacturers does not necessarily mean that Missing Mods is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those manufacturers.

13. Website Availability

Missing Mods aims to keep the website available, accurate and functioning correctly.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be:

available;
uninterrupted; or
free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend, modify or update the website for maintenance, technical, security or business reasons.

14. Governing Law
